Payment options:

1. iDEAL:

If you bank via the internet at ABN AMRO, ASN bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS, Regiobank, Triodos, Van Lanschot Bankiers or Knab, you can safely arrange electronic payment for your order via our site. An electronic payment via the Internet can be compared to a PIN payment in a shop. After placing your order, choose the iDEAL payment method. A page will open in which you can select the bank with which you bank online. You then follow the procedure that you are used to with payments via internet banking.

2. Bancontact / Mister Cash:
This payment method will be immediately processed in our system.

3. Klarna

Klarna carries out the entire post-payment process for www.pelsbarn.nl. This means that you will receive a digital invoice from Klarna via email to pay for the purchased product(s). You can at www.pelsbarn.nl pay with a digital invoice up to an amount of €250.00 when you pay through Pelsbarn for the first time. Are you already known at Pelsbarn, you can pay up to an amount of € 500.00 .Klarna performs a data check to approve your request to pay by digital invoice. Klarna has a strict privacy policy. In the unlikely event that your request for payment with a digital invoice is not authorized, you can of course pay for the product to be purchased with another payment method. You can always contact Klarna if you have any questions.

4.PayPal:
It is also possible to pay an order at Pelsbarn online via PayPal. You too can easily become a member by signing up on the PayPal website. After checking and confirming your order with Plesbarn, you will automatically be taken to the PayPal website.

5. KBC (Only for Belgian customers)
Our Belgian customers can opt for KBC if they are a customer here. This payment method is especially for Belgian customers. They can pay for their order in their trusted payment environment.

My payment was not successful what can I do?
There are several reasons why a payment has not been successful. Below is an explanation of what you can do for each payment method.

Your iDEAL or Bancontact/Mistercash payment failed?

Are you unable to pay with iDEAL? First check whether the money has been debited from your account. Isn't this the case? Then place a new order, iDEAL payments are debited directly from your account. Has the money been debited from your bank account, but you have not received confirmation of your order? Please contact our customer service and look up the transaction number on your statement.

Your credit card or Paypal payment is declined?

The credit card company and PayPal automatically perform a check based on a number of criteria. You may have entered an incorrect expiry date on your credit card or your PayPal balance is not sufficient.

Do you want to receive your order quickly? Then place a new order and pay with iDEAL or Klarna.

I am refused at Klarna?

Klarna performs a large number of automatic checks before approving the payment. Unfortunately, we have no insight into the reason for rejection. You can contact Klarna for this. Do you want to receive your order quickly? Then place a new order and pay with iDEAL.
