Pelsbarn.nl gives a one-year warranty with every sale of its baskets. We are convinced that due to the high-quality materials used, all Pelsbarn products can be enjoyed for years to come. In addition, you also have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount.
However, there are some conditions:
- Returned items must be in original condition. Unwashed and unused;
- The goods must be able to be resold by Pelsbarn.nl;
- If possible, use the original packaging to return the goods;
- Include the original enclosed packing slip with your return (or, if you have lost it, a note with your name and order number). Otherwise we cannot process your return;
- After receipt of the returned goods by Pelsbarn.nl, the order will be canceled. The purchase amount will be refunded to the account with which the original payment was made within 14 days of cancellation.
The following goods are expressly excluded from the right of return:
- Goods ordered for business projects; Customized goods.
- Specially ordered and/or custom goods.

Include the original packing slip that was sent, otherwise we will not be able to process your return. If you have lost this, please enclose a note with your name and order number. After receipt, the amount will be returned to your account within 14 working days.
Keep the track & trace of your return, so that we can always see whether your return has already arrived (if necessary).
Return costs
The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package on average, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
exchange
If you want to exchange a basket for a size larger, smaller or for a different color, you can place a new order and return the old basket. The purchase amount of the first basket will be returned to your account within 30 working days after receipt. This way you will receive your new order the fastest.
